A standing order can be set up in a similar way to a bank transfer but is less flexible since a regular payment is sent regardless of the amount owing. Please contact us to agree a suitable monthly payment level.
Cheques or cash may be sent or brought to our Onslow Village office; please do not post cash. 

Please DO NOT leave a cheque out for your driver. 

Cheques returned to us by our bank or sent post-dated will be rejected and are subject to an administration charge.

Domestic Customers

  • Our weekly cycle runs from Sunday to Saturday
  • You will receive a bill once 3 or more weeks and over £25 is owed
  • We are able to send fully itemised bills by email and we encourage customers to make use of this because of the obvious environmental benefits. If you provide us with an email address we will automatically switch you to e-billing.
  • Bills are delivered with your papers, usually on a Wednesday, and will include costs up to the coming Saturday.
  • Customers who do not take a daily paper will receive their bill by email or post only.

Business Customers

  • We send businesses their monthly invoice up to the last Saturday of each month
  • Invoices can therefore span 4 or 5 weeks and companies using a Purchase Order system will need to plan accordingly for this.
  • Invoices can be sent by email in PDF format and we are pleased to do so on request.
  • Payment to be received by 30th of the month following invoice, representing average net terms of 45 days.
  • All goods remain the exclusive property of Williams Bros until paid for in full.
  • Prices are determined by Publishers, not us, and printed on each publication. Customers accepting deliveries agree to price variations as and when they occur.
  • Accounts left unpaid may be suspended without warning.
